Hi Denis, tx for creating this. I just downloaded this onto my Palm T3 and am trying it out. I played around with installing some jpegs using the VD Image converter and followed instructions. I finally got only 1 image onto my palm and it looks great! But, i am trying to view the other jpegs i installed in the VD image converter viewer. When i tap on the Browse on the application I can only see the one jpeg there. How about all the other ones? It said that they would be there the next time I hotsync, but they are not. Help please...If i can figure out how to use this, i think this is exactly what i've been looking for! -way better than Fireviewer! Thanks in advance!

Hi Casey, The only thing I can think of is the "Palm Image Name" field. You want to repeat the installation process for all the images you'd like to have installed on your palm and make sure that the "Palm Image Name" is different each time you click the install button. Note that only first 32 symbols of the "Palm Image Name" matter.

Hi Denis, That was a quick response. But each of my images do have different names and i've tried exiting the application and going back in and redoing it many many atimes, i've hot synced each time too i installed, but no other jpeg appears on my palm ......plz plz do u have any other recommendations? should i uninstall and reinstall the application onto my palm and retry maybe?? The one jpeg i can view on VDI is just exactly what i want. I have so many other jpegs i want on my palm and no other application i tried gives me anywhere near the quality i need. Tx again...... Has anyone else with a palm T3 been successful with your program?? (just curious)

Hi Casey, Try to install the PDB files build by the converter manually and make sure the databases are there on the device (you might need a more versatile then the standard one launcher for that). If you see that there are the databases for all jpegs you have installed but still see only one in the viewer's image list the only other possibility would be to try to copy your PDB files to an expansion card (if you have any) and try to use them from there. I do not know of any other attempt to run the viewer on T3.

Hi Denis, Tx for taking the time to reply. I have actually been trying and trying to install my jpegs and so far i have tried a gazillion times and have 16 jpegs that i can view on my T3. It seems that sometimes they get installed and sometimes they just don't! It's like a hit and miss!!! The ones that don't, I keep trying again and again and hot syncing again and again, but I often get the Installer error Message: "Failed to install file(s) to Palm device, make sure you are not installing files already scheduled for hot sync operation". Right now, I am waiting to get a memory card to try to install the images onto........I would greatly appreciate any further help from you if you find out the answer to my problem!

Usually the reason for the message you see is that you are trying to install the same image (or another image but with the same name) twice. If the problem you experience is the database installation problem, the best chance would be to click the "Save Image As..." button whenver you convert an image, save the converted images into PDB files and then install those files using your standard Palm desktop software. If this helps, please let me know the version ofthe desktop software you use.
